Use Of Call Held

Call Held is a communication assistant that can answer forwarded missed or declined calls, summarize call activity, notify you about caller requests, and support follow-up actions. You are responsible for how you configure call forwarding, assistant behavior, calendar access, contact sync, and sharing.

Closed Testing

Call Held is currently in private closed testing. Features may change, stop working, or require operator support. Closed testers should not rely on Call Held for emergency communication, regulated advice, or time-critical obligations.

No Emergency Services

Call Held does not provide emergency calling, emergency dispatch, or emergency monitoring. Callers should contact emergency services directly in an emergency.

AI Assistant Behavior

The assistant may make mistakes, misunderstand callers, create incomplete summaries, or miss urgency. You should review important summaries, decisions, calendar actions, and follow-up requests before relying on them.

Payments And Usage

Paid features may require a payment method and spending cap before paid assistant work begins. Payment details are handled by a payment provider. Call Held does not store raw card numbers or CVC. Usage-based charges, subscriptions, caps, and refunds are subject to the billing terms shown in the app.

Consent And Compliance

Call recording, transcription, AI disclosure, contact sync, and calendar integrations may be subject to laws and carrier or platform rules. You agree to use Call Held only where you have the rights, permissions, and consent needed for your configuration.

Account Removal

You may request account removal or data deletion through support. Account deletion cancels app access and starts deletion or de-identification of user-owned app data, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, and compliance retention requirements.
